he waits patiently for the tiniest acknowledging nod which will mean that he can crawl forward and kiss each of Her toes just once. However, if he receives a shake of the head he will have to crawl away, denied of this privilege.
i don't think begging would work here. his happiness is entirely at Her whim.
"The tiny slave will sit and contemplate my toes. If I am kind, he will be allowed to kiss them."
