How small does a tiny have to be before it is utterly useless? Well luckily this tiny has been given a purpose by his Goddess. His entire existence revolves around licking clean the bottom of Her heels. But only the bottom of Her heels. She doesn't need to feed him; he lives off any dirt or grime he laps off. He is very happy to be of some small use to his Goddess and grateful She lets him stay around. After all, a slight twitch of Her foot would mean the end of him.
This tiny is pretty much nothing, both in size and purpose.
