Such a lucky tiny, to be allowed to stand in Her palm and praise Her immense beauty. He is utterly in love and in awe with Her. But he is just another tiny, insignificantly small, shown a tiny bit of kindness to be allowed to worship close up.
Being in that position would demand some expression of worship; be it arms in the air, kneeling or falling to all fours. Something to show how lucky you would feel to be in such a beautiful woman's palm.
