Why was this tiny crushed? Did it displease Goddess Carla? Did it get in the way and it was an accident? Was it crushed for fun? Whichever, it doesn't matter. it was Goddess Carla's property and Hers to dispose of as She pleased.
You have to pity this tiny. Yes, he got crushed but not even directly by Carla. It wasn't under Her foot, or by Her sitting on him or anything like that - just under Her cane.
