Every year, on this day, there is a mass sacrifice for the Giantess Goddess. A city is chosen by Her and all the inhabitants that want to can leave. Then an invitation is made to anyone who wants to be there for this day. It is ALWAYS over subscribed and many unlucky worshippers have to be turned away. They may be sad, but at least there's always next year. Once the chosen city is full of worshippers the Goddess slowly flattens each building under Her shoe. Each building gives way easily to Her power. It's like standing on a cardboard. A cardboard box full of worshipping tiny slaves all eager to give themselves for Her amusement. Any worshippers in the streets are crushed under Her heel. When the city is rubble the Goddess stomps it a final time until She is satisfied. This incredness kindness, in allowing Her worhippers to give themselves like this, just shows how truly wonderful the Goddess is.
Accoring to Wikipedia Adriana is a former Guinness record holder for the longest legs among female models (at almost 1.24 m). Absolutely incredible, so of course a city should be at Her feet.
