Claire isn't getting out of bed today. Instead She has plans for the tiny held trapped helplessly in Her hand. He's wriggling, trying to get out but She can barely feel that. With the barest of effort She prevents him from escaping.
Just to be able to lie in Her hand like that, surrounded by Her lovely fingers with those nails is just heavenly. Completely at Her mercy, I'd do anything to please Her. Not that I'd have any choice in the matter.
