It licks Her toenail clean. This is it's reason for being. Each toe must be licked clean, both on top and underneath. It gets no food. It lives on the dirt that it has to swallow as it cleans. And when it is done, the Goddess inspects it's work. If it has done well, it is allowed some water to drink and is put in a cage until tomorrow. But if it has NOT done well, it is quickly crushed under Her shoe and a replacement tiny found. After all, there is a queue to be the Goddess' toenail cleaner.
Yes, I would gladly do that job. And I'd hope that Pamela would look down occasionally and laugh at the pathetic tiny that She has entranced with Her beauty into being nothing but a thing to clean Her toenails.
