He's fighting to not drown and praising the beautiful Lucy Pinder, hoping that his adoration will save him. It's doubtful though - after all, She put him in there in the first place and She's taking a LONG time drinking!
I suspect Lucy would have a great deal of tinies and drinking one of them down with some champagne isn't going to be of great concern to Her. I further suspect there would be many volunteers to be amongst Her tiny harem all of them willing to take the risk of being eaten, crushed, smashed or otherwise destroyed just for the chance to serve.
