Because this tiny has been very good he is allowed to lick Goddess Pamela's big toe. He can barely believe his luck; an opportunity to worship his Goddess like this is very rare. But She is a kindly Goddess and if he does well and grovels enough She might just let him lick some other toes...
Pamela Anderson also has beautiful feet, and what could be more wonderful for a tiny to be allowed to kiss and lick them? Imagine being so small that you have to shuffle around just to kiss all of someone's toes! And then She lets you kiss and lick Her toenails and if you are very lucky, you get to bend down and lick -under- Her toenails. Then you have to lick -between- Her toes and of course She deliberately catches Your head there. You're helplessly stuck until She decides, with a tiny movement, to release you. That's when you realise how much power the Goddess has over you.
